Refund Policy

In case of an issue with your order, email us with a photograph indicating the issue. We will decide to reproduce or refund the amount paid to us after verifying the issue.

No returns are allowed. We will not refund or reproduce in case you ordered the wrong size or product. 

The most important aspects of our returns & refunds policies are:

1) We must be contacted within 72 hours from delivery for any issues.

2) We require you to email us a photograph/unboxing video that clearly indicates the issue.

3) We will reproduce or refund your order within 7 working days if we verify that we made an error.

4) For custom orders, we will use the original artwork and production time and shipping method if we decide to reproduce an order.
