Our shipping partners are Shiprocket.

How long does the delivery take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3- 5 working days. Standard delivery time is 2-5 days. Please refer to Shiprocket's TAT for more information.

Can I change delivery address after I confirmed the address?

No.

Do you do international shipping?

No. International shipping is currently not available.

Can I pick up the printing job from a pick up location?

Custom Order

How to order custom Inktrinx products?

To request a quote send us a WhatsApp text at 8152800132 or DM us on Instagram @inktrinx with your design (jpg, png), sticker/decal size(inches) and quantity. Our team will get back to you within 24 working hours with a quote/response. Post confirmation/acceptance of quote, an invoice is sent by email. Once payment is received, order is processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Can I order stickers designed by Inktrinx?

Yes, stickers designed by Inktrinx are available on the website. 

How fast can you get back to me with a quote?

Our sales team can get back to you within 24 hours, in some cases up to 48 hours for complicated projects.

Do you have a price list?

For custom orders, prices are quoted according to size, quantity and complexity of cut. Hence, a price list is not available.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity varies for different products, our sales team will let you know what the MOQ can be.

How long is the quote valid?

The standard quote is valid up to 10 days and bulk order quotes for product quantity greater than 500 are valid for 15 days.

Do you have express service?

Express services are available at an additional cost of 25% of the order value. These services are contingent on workflow and shipping partner availability. To ensure the deadlines, please inform us the exact date and the delivery address to check if the fast track option is available. Express orders can be dispatched within 36 hours after payment.

Do you do sample printing?

You may request for the smallest quantity order if you need to print small lots before the large orders.

Can I get a free sample?

Free samples are currently not available. 

How long does the printing take?

Most orders are processed within 3-5 working days. Any delays will be informed to you in advance. 

I just changed my mind. Can I request a refund of job already approved?

Once your order is processed, you will not be permitted to cancel your order or change your order at any time and you remain bound by these Sales Terms.

Does the price include delivery and GST?

No, our prices are exclusive of GST. Delivery charges to most pincodes in India are free. Please confirm with our sales team regarding the delivery fee.

Artwork

What file types do you accept?

The best files are .ai in vector format. However, 300 dpi .jpg , .png or .svg file is also fine for simple color printing jobs. 

How to send you my artwork ?

Simply email us the image in the file format written in the previous question at contact@inktrinx.com.

Do you offer graphic design service ?

No

How can I send large-format file? 

Please use WeTransfer/Google Drive for larger file transfer.

How do I receive my artwork proof?

Once you approve the provided quote, we will provide a sample digital proof to show you how the product would look like on your request. Hard-copy proof or sample printing is not available.

What is a “vector” format?

Vector art is usually created in Adobe Illustrator. Vector file is required for foiled stickers.

Can I request a revision of my proof ?

Yes, we can offer cut line and size change revision. We currently do not design the artwork from scratch.

Artwork Guide

Please read through the checklist for providing design files. Remember: If your files do not meet our specifications, your product may be printed incorrectly.

• File Format

.ai, .eps are the preferred file format. These are created in illustrator. .jpg ( 300 dpi), .png, .svg are also accepted provided they have a transparent background.

• Colour

All colour mode must be converted to CMYK. We will not take any responsibility for print results like discolouration or unexpected outcome when you supplied a file as RGB or PANTONE.

• Font

Since there are thousands of fonts available on both Mac’s and PC’s, it can become tricky to be sure that everyone has access to the same fonts and are able to see your images properly. When a design file is supplied with missing fonts, a printer cannot proceed with your file for production. To solve this issue, please convert texts to outlines. Select “Create Outlines” on illustrator/photoshop to do this.

• Foiled finish

Please provide 2 separate layers for area to be foiled and area to be printed in CMYK.

Payment

What are the payment terms?

We require full payment prior to the production.

How do I pay?

You can pay through Razorpay or direct deposit to our bank account. Contact us at contact@inktrinx.com for the bank details.

Do you offer Cash on delivery?

No.

Do you provide a GST invoice?

Yes. Please let us know your GST number and we will send you a GST invoice for your order.
